See when the church office is already booked. Open times are available to request for ministry meetings, small groups, and events.

1. Check the calendarFind an open time above.
2. Submit the formAt least 7 days ahead, between 7 AM and 10 PM.
3. Get confirmedIf the time is open, it’s booked instantly and you’ll get a confirmation email.

Office Use Guidelines

Thanks for helping us keep the space ready for the next group. Whoever books the office is responsible for these before leaving.

Cleaning Up

  • Wipe down tables and counters
  • Return chairs and furniture to their original layout
  • Take all trash outside: the small bin is trash, the blue bin is recycling, and the other large bin is organics
  • Wash, dry, and put away any dishes; leave the sink empty
  • Make sure no food is left out
  • Spot-clean spills; report any damage to staff

Locking Up

  • Turn off all lights, TVs, projectors, and fans
  • Set the thermostat back to its default setting
  • Close and latch every window
  • Make sure no one is left inside, including restrooms
  • Lock all exterior doors and pull on each to confirm it’s latched
